VISITOR MANAGEMENT
CHECK IN - SECURE - TRACK - ALERT
Every school that implements the KnowWhere Campus Safety System receives our revolutionary visitor management system, KW-VISITOR included. KW-VISITOR includes 10 re-programmable Visitor Badges, a KW-VISITOR docking station, and KW-VISITOR software access for unlimited users.
When a visitor check's in, simply scan their ID or type in their information and the KW-VISITOR dock programs that visitor card with their information. When the visitor is wearing the Visitor Badge, you will be able to see them as they move throughout campus and receive threat alerts based on their behavior.

Check-In
Check in the visitor by scanning their ID and entering in the information about their visit including the purpose and length of the visit.
Track
As the visitor moves throughout campus, you will be able to see exactly where they are at all times.
Reporting
After the visit, KW-VISITOR will store a report of the visit including where the visitor went and for how long and any video feed associated with the visit.
Secure
KW-VISITOR will automatically check the visitor's information against the sex offender registry, violent criminal offenses, and the district and school's restricted visitor lists.
Alert
Get alerts if the visitor removes their badge, enters a restricted area, or stays for longer than they are supposed to stay.
Optional Facial Recognition
Frequent visitors or volunteers can opt-into facial recognition storage for contactless and automatic check-in.
