Each KW-POD that is installed on campus* is equipped with a high definition camera that uses On-Edge Artificial Intelligence to detect threats, critical safety events, and conduct analytics. An average high school receives approximately 150 KW-PODs for total campus coverage with a KnowWhere Campus Safety System. We guarantee no blind-spots to ensure that we are able to detect threats wherever they may be.
We believe in surveillance-free surveillance in order to prevent critical incidents. While you can access video feed from KW-PODs in common areas and hallways, it is not necessary to monitor feed: we've programmed the system to monitor for you.

Location Specific Recording
KW-PODs can process AI on both visual and audio feed without recording it: so you can determine which locations should have recorded feed and which should not without losing any threat detection capabilities.
Device Storage and Cloud Storage
600 hours of on-device video storage and 180 day cloud storage included with every KW-POD.
Easy Install
KW-PODs run off their own power source and connect via WiFi so there is no need to run wiring. Every KW-POD is simply screwed in.
Vandal and Impact Resistant
Anti-hacking technology built into every KW-POD allows it to disconnect from the network when it detects tampering. The plastic housing for each KW-POD is impact resistant IP66.
